2 part to Triton conversion

Does anyone know of a conversion formula from going from 2 part to Triton?
Or a Dkh conversion?
I'm making the move but I was hoping to find a more accurate dosing regimen starting point.
On 2 part I dose 200ml a day of cal and alk with 30ml of magnesium.
