2 stage DI resin, worth it?

We will be moving to a home that is on a well in a year perhaps. It is stated in our shared well agreement that the water will need to be tested at least yearly so I'll wait until the time is closer to worry about it. If a test indicates excessive CO2, what would be the steps to de-gas it before sending it to the RODI?

Some folks aerate it, and some add a basic material to convert it more to carbonate and bicarbonate so it gets through the RO membrane less.

My full system consists of a 200gpd water saver upgrade running dual spectra pure 99% filters, 2 tds meters reading after the carbon filters and after the resins, 8800 booster pump kit, separate cat/an ions and a 3rd canister of mixed bed ran to an eshopps hang on float valve. I can fill a brute in a few hours and a 5 gallon bucket in around 20 minutes give or take. I can get 3-400 gallon before swapping out resins. Was mildly expensive putting the kit together but 100% worth every penny!

Yeah I mean I’m definitely small fry I make around 10 gallons a week lol I just am kind of tired of having to turn on the water, manually flush the membrane, put RO hose in bucket and watch TDS come down until is 2-3 out of the membrane and zero out of the DI and then put it into my RO or salt jug which ever I’m doing (usually both) and then set an alarm on my phone and wait an hour and a half to get 5 gallons. I want to just keep around 20-30 gallons on hand in a brute of RO that way all I have to do is open a valve fI’ll up my 5 gallon jug and use it for top off or start mixing salt. I bought an RO buddie which is essentially just a tricked out booster pump (my water pressure is pretty low) and I’m gonna add an additional DI can to run separate cation and anion resins. The RO buddy has a built in pressure switch so when the float in my brute trips it’ll shut down the pump. Hopefully I’ll have a continuous supply of RO water on hand and never have to worry about opening/closing valves to turn the supply water off or setting alarms on my phone
