Do you guys see a problem occurring with draining and removing all rock/coral/fish from a bare bottom tank then putting sand in and rescaping the rock? It seems like it should be fairly easy but want to make sure I'm not just going to ruin everything I already have.

If you plan it out thoroughly and do it in a timely manner, it shouldn't be a problem. I've done what you are talking about before with no problems. Just make sure you have everything planned and ready to go. For example: Enough buckets, air pump and stones, heaters, Fresh salt water, etc... Make sure temperatures and salinity matches up when transferring from one container to the next.

Thanks for the advice. Hopefully it everything goes according to plan
