And so it begins. After 2 years of living in the new house, the basement is now finished. So, the fish room build commences. My current tanks( 75 & 40 Salt, 55 fresh) will be phased out and replaced with my 210, 80 frag and 60 frag.

Fish Room/Office is about 30' long and 10' wide with a 7'x7' closet. The 2 frag tanks and the sumps will go in the closet, while the 210 reef and 55 fresh will go in the main room.

Frag tanks fit a little tighter than I thought they would, but oh well. Still room for the 72x24x20 sump I just ordered.

That is correct. Got the 80 rimless used from a fellow reefer. The 60 is new.
