Best day to own a boat... the first and lastStopped just long enough to snap the picture.
In case you're wondering where @mch1984 is today; he is out fishing on his brand new boat that he bought yesterday. Some of us get in our workouts. Some of us fish and lounge around on new boats all day. Sheeeshh...
Sorry guys, glad yall kept this thread active without me. I have not been working out, but have been sticking on the diet and am down 10lbs. That was friday, pretty sure I sweated out 10 more Sunday at the lake and afterward getting the boat ready for storage. It topped out at 105 that day. Yall come on down, any excuse to get this thing out works for me, it's going to be a lot of fun. Especially since I got the first trip jitters out of the way. I've never owned a boat, never unloaded or loaded a boat and now I've done both. Went great and nobody at the ramp knew that was my first time. Got it on the first try. Here is the boat and the very first fish brought on board, he's little but he was the first. Not sure how much working out will be done this week, we leave Friday for out cruise. However since we will NOT be counting calories on a cruise we have decided to get up and at least walk some or do some kind of work out on the boat everyday to help make up for it. Even though I'm not working out, I have been more active and spent more time outdoors in the last month then I have in a long time. I think getting my big butt off the couch will help as well. Also the gout is coming in and out right now, I've never had this many attacks in a row. I think the massive amount of protein I'm eating with the coach and the weight loss is adding to it. It flared up yesterday but I made it through the day fighting it, the attacks haven't been severe just there.
Run Forest Run.....@mch1984 - got 8 in for today. Took it easy on this one with a number of breaks and really enjoyed it.
I cannot help but wonder if you've stuck to the diet plan during the cruise. Hhhmmmmm???
So I'm back and to answer your question @crusso1993, heck no I didn't stick to the diet on the cruise.
Also came home to this surprise

Lol, thanks. I'm back on the diet as of saturday. As soon as we got back into port I started tracking again. Doing good so far, just been short on my calories over the weekend.Lovely. Just lovely. You go off the rails on your diet, take weeks-on-end off and get an award. Further evidence of why the world is in the shape it is. ;Hilarious ;Hilarious ;Hilarious
Congrats on the 365!
I was planning on doing some last night, but i mentioned in my 90 gallon build my tank crashed. It happen while I was gone I just didn't realize it till yesterday. I've lost a lot of coral and I spent most of the evening working on the tank. Pretty bummed out about it at the moment, it was my own mistake that caused it.
Thanks, it's hopefully it keeps coming along.Sorry to learn about the 90. I just saw the updates in that thread and am happy to hear it's turning around already.
Also, unsure why, but a whole lot of the threads I follow stopped giving me notifications. All at the same time too. This and your 90 gal thread were among them. Weird.
