Black housing is pretty flawless. Can't say there are any noticeable scratches. Same with reflectors, about as good as one would expect. Only aesthetic things are some wear on the screws and those are replaceable. Also a little scuff on that porous/mesh metal on the outsides. It still looks really good though.

How old are all the bulbs? What lights are in the t5s? Is the price shipped? Age?

All tough questions to answer. They are ATI mix of blue plus and coral plus. Not sure their age. I replaced the blue plus at one when it was up over the tank last year. The halide is a radium and I replaced it not too long ago, but the light has been in the closet. Not sure on age.

I'll throw the hanging kit in if it sells the unit. Freight will be about $40 it looks like. solid metal item. Plus another $10 or so for box and packing.
