25 Gal setup help

I found this tank that someones selling but I wanna make sure that its worth it before I buy it.

The setup is $200 and it includes a 25-gallon cube with 10-gallon sump. It has a kessil a360we light and an aquamaxx hob-1. Ive never used these type of skimmers so I have no idea if they are any good. It also comes with an overflow but not sure the type.

I want to give this tank to my brother and use the light for my frag tank I'm going to build.

Any help seeing if this is worth it before I go out and buy it would be great!

Awesome is there different generations with the kessil a360we lights?

Between the Kessil light, the tank and other equipment that sounds like about $700 worth of equipment there, so as long as stuff works and the tanks aren't scratched up or leaking then I say go for it. A brand new Kessil A360 runs over $300 alone.
