The only update is that I move a piece of the rock and changed the aquascape minimally and got some new fish and corals! :) I also took all the frags off the sand bed and added them to the frag tank. I will get some new pics maybe tonight! :)

I am using (3) 250w Radiums with Lumanmax Elite Reflectors. For actinics I am running (2) 6ft Super Actinic VHO's, 110w each.

i am still ticked at myself for going with DE reflectors planning to use phoenix the whole time. :sad:

may have to swap them out at some point for SE to use radium. ...unless they come out w/ a DE bulb!

I love the radium look, but I'll have to get by on Ben's old Phoenix bulbs. I'm patient... I can wait until Radiums are double ended 250w.... I'm sure I can wait.... If not, I have to buy a canopy. Then I have to buy lumenarcs.... then I have to buy ballasts, then bulbs, then VHO actinics.... uh, I'll wait. :)

Rev, how many Lumenmax Elite reflectors would I need to cover a 72"x40" tank? Could I get away with using three or will I have dark spots in the tank? If I got four could I place them in a straight row or would I need to double them up width wise to cover the 40" width? If these lights won't cover my tank which fixture would you recommend?
