What is the best way to go about making your own cover? Best material for frame and screen. Its going to be a 75g reef with a few fishes. Mainly beginner fish

Screen frames and screen corners from Home Depot. Polycarbonate (1/8") screen mesh from BRS. You'll also need to pick up some screen spline and a spline roller.

Easy project if you have a chop saw for the screen frame pieces. Whole project might take 20 minutes or so.

There are some inexpensive feeding portals you can add later. They also work great for passing powerhead cords through.
