3/4" Silicone tube to 3/4" PVC pipe adapter?

I am wrapping up my 1st plumbing job on my new reef tank. I want to use 3/4" silicone tubing to connect my return pump to me PVC plumbing for return to tank. my question is which fitting do I need? Is it a 3/4" hose barb to 3/4" slip? Or? I am not a plumber so I am in need of some assistance here. Thank you in advance

No it feels like it will tear if i just slide it over a 3/4" PVC pipe. I put it on the barbed end that came with the pump and it worked fine. I just need to connect it to the return plumbing that goes up to the tank.

I believe you are looking for a 3/4 id hose barb to 3/4 id pipe coupler. Any Home Depot or lowes will have it. U can always bring a small piece with to check fitment

You go in order from pipe:
3/4” pvc pipe
3/4” pvc coupler
3/4” pvc hose barb adaptor slip
3/4” tubing with hose clamp.

All done

Generally the hose barb will be sold for a hose ID, so a 3/4" hose barb should be for a 3/4" hose. Of course, some vendors will vary.

The end that goes to the PVC is independent of the hose size. If you are trying to fit to a 3/4" PVC pipe stub, then you would want a "3/4" pvc" on the other end. That should slip over the pipe.
