3 year old Leopard Wrasse won't eat

They usually come out to die, so I'd say not seeing him is probably a good thing at this point. Keep an eye on your other fish for symptoms...just in case something like velvet is in play :/

Scratching, swimming into the flow, hiding/light sensitivity, yawning, etc.
