Would this lighting system provide enough light to grow Coral?

yes, VERY powerful(be careful on acclimation etc). Not a super pretty spectrum, but it works. Look for the same one with mars aqua. I know many users with that brand.

I have a light that is identical to that one, my brand is Aquamana. Powerful so be careful and works very well, colors are good and I grow sps almost right down on the sand bed. its 12 inches above the water and tank is 20" tall. Had it for over a year without issues.
btw I paid more than $169.99 for mine lol.

No preset. It has 2 plugs 1 for the blues and 1 for the whites and 2 dimming knobs.

Lighting is something that I don't cut corners on. Spend the money and get a good fixture, you'll be glad that you did.
