With the help of a few good friends and some suction cups I got the 310g tank (96x24x31) moved in yesterday. With the external coast to coast over flow it was a heavy beast! I will probably be asking for a little help with the plumbing because this is my first time with this type of over flow and it runs the entire length of the tank.

So the returns come out of the coast to coast up over the weirs? I guess I’m missing the holes for the returns in the tank itself?
Looks like it would have to come up and over, unless he decided to drill into the acrylic. I like how much surface skimming this will have, definitely interested to see it come together.

What livestock plans you have for this beast?

It will go up over the weirs. So far I have in Qt two clowns, one yellow tang, one orange shoulder tang, one gold rim tang, one clown tang, one hippo tang, one flame angel, one tail spot blenny, and one coral beauty. I'M being optimistic the flame and coral beauty will tolerate each other and the clown will be introduced last along with a achilles tang.

5 drains and 4 returns. The returns will go over the weirs into the tank.
