30gals sps reef tank

a bad news is that the four gold stripe cardenal and the blue eye tang died because my 4 month boy is hospitalized because a bronchiolitis and the thank was very abandoned of food for the fishes.:cry::cry:
the only surviving is the scooter blenny.

After all the loose i change 3gals of water and feed the coral with a mix of TLF marine snow, live pythoplan, DTS oyster eggs. This is like they look after eating.

Nice start on the SPS front. As for fishes, having a 40Br, I went with the typical fish that most people have. I have my pair of clowns, a sixline, and a blenny. They will become aggressive later on, but you have to admit.. it's the aggressive fish that are too stubborn to die.. so they just thrive!

that is true, but i will try to put only passive fish in the tank because i like to have to munch fish, but all small, like gobys, dartfish, blennys and a possible small angel but not sure to add this.
thanks for the coment.

Be careful on the angels, some like to munch on corals. How good is the availability of fish and corals in Puerto Rico?

CJ

CJO i kwonw about the angels, that i am thinking, they like to snack the clam and polips. I have to do a resarch about the pygmy angels like the bellus or japanese swallow. I like the resplandecent angel but is to high the cost and very dificult to find.

The availability of fish and coral are very good. You can find almost everything, like those rare wrases, anthias and angels. And Corals why have the ORA farms and other whit very good quality.

Here is the only photo that i cant take to the ORA yellow assesor. This fish is very very fast and shy. Actually today is the firts that that he come out of the rock when the ligth are on.
No is a good picture but is the best that i can take.

Last weekend i was making a new sump for my thank. This is a 20gal long tank. When i get my skimmer out to cleaning and get the metures for de acrilic division i found that the impeler was broken. Soon i will send the pump for repair. Right now i am running my tank whit the new sump and a vertex ( i think that is the model 80).
