hey all!

recently my kinda new tank which was going strong CRACKED and now i'm left tankless so i figured i'd start over with a larger system. i'll be reusing some of my live rock and also put some in the sump as a refugium with some sand and rubble.

it'll be a 31.5 gallon DT AquaOne MiniReef 120

hopefully this one won't crack and flood the living room again :/

there they are! going to water test for a week then i'll add live rock and saltwater!

i'm sorry to hear that your tank cracked. i hope you have better luck with the larger one!

that's the final scape, i wanted to replicate what i saw when i went snorkelling a few weeks ago. gonna monitor ammonia and nitrate, cause i reused the live rock from my prev tank

mini update : the tank's undergoing a bacterial bloom, which was unexpected. i didn't think this should or would happen but oh well. should clear up in a day or two.

chaeto and more copepods are on the way so yayy!
any tips to grow chaeto anyone? thanks!

added some chaeto finally! i also added copepods so hopefully they'll spread quickly! just gotta wait for this to grow then i'll add coral
