I went with this pump for my AIO. QUIET, affordable, adjustable and fits easily in tight overflow. Plug and play.

Flow is good. Wide open it is actually a bit too much so i usually run it at about 65%. Its a RS tank and the return is a single nozzle thats is not flared. A split return or a wide flared return would help.
