New to 3d printing. What's a good but reasonable priced 3d printer for a beginner?

Ender 3 or Ender 3 V2 are nice beginner printers. If you want to take the next step a Prusa or Bambi labs

Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro would be a good sub $250 pick. Have a look at the review by Andrew Sink. I would also recommend looking at the comparison article here if you have some particular requirements. If you have the money, go for Prusa MK3. You will get not just a workhorse printer but also a large dedicated community.
