I want to print a base for the cube aquarium. Considering the weight of the aquarium, the strength of the material is an important factor. My neighbor has a resin printer that I can use, so resin is my first choice. I want to reduce the trouble caused by post-processing, so is water washable resin a good choice?

That would be a pretty massive resin printer to print a sheet - is this just a sheet of material, or something custom shaped? Getting a piece of acrylic laser cut would probably be cheaper than consuming a whole bottle of resin.
