First picture I see a nudibranch and a Chiton
Second picture i see aiptasia or glass anenome maybe? And a asterina starfish.
yes thank you! the anemone looking thing freaked me out at first I thought it was a spider but no youre right it has a foot that sticks down like an anemone.

What did they come off of, is this after a dip?

No, they came off when I scrubbed the frag plugs, but I dipped and removed them from their frag plugs afterwards.

Does the thing in the second picture move at all? It looks very similar to a GSP-eating nudibranch that hasn't eaten for awhile (note the translucent filaments) which can be expected from hitchhikers

That anemone looks like a octopus anemone. Going by the coloring of the tentacle but not sure.
