Please if anybody can ID these look good. Be good to know what they are harmful to the torch, if need to get rid of, and how?

As mentioned, my guess is bivalves - harmless filter feeders:
Are you asking about the things with shells that appear to bivalves of some kind? Because it looks to me like a couple of bivalves with the mouth/mouths (the fleshy parts) circled.

If not, you may need some clearer pics for an ID.

Bivalves. Look ideal. Will the end up harming the torch that they are growing on. Meaning stressing them out til death
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
