Beneficial Tube Worms?

Just saw that a section of my rockwork has several of these tiny little red tub worms.

I’d assume they are beneficial if anything, but would love an ID and opinion on whether to do anything to get rid of them.

Not only harmless but colorful, love them. I wish I had them in my tank. That is really nice rock, where did you get it?
Relieved! They are just about the size of a grain of rice, so are hard to spot. What you’re seeing is a small sliver of the rock work which is primarily made of real reef rock pieces. Picked up from an LFS.
