As the title says, my beloved 40 gallon is up for sale due to getting "need-a-bigger-tank-itis."

The equipment included in the sale is below:
Tank and Stand
20 gallon long tank used as sump
Glass-holes 700 gph overflow
All overflow and return plumbing (loc-line, bulkhead, ball valves, unions, etc)
Canopy: includes T5 Ballast, T5 retofit kit, 2 36" reflctors, 2 39w ATI bulbs (blue plus and purple plus) used 6 hours a day for 2 months.

Not Included:
Rock, Livestock, Skimmer, LED fixture, Reactor, ATO, and Return Pump (all going in my new tank).

Its a great setup, and I've put a lot of work into it. Its about as close to plug and play as it gets, just needs a skimmer and a return pump an its ready to go!

If anyone has need for a setup up like this, feel free to make an offer (any value or trade). I really would like to get this moved as I no longer have room to keep it at my apartment now that my new tank is up and running.

Bob please contact me ASAP about this tank. Your son has paid for it and I need to know when to deliver it but have gotten no reply from you the past two days.
