I have a 40B. I’m running 2-250w DE MH 12k Reefluk. My tank is mainly SPS. I supplement with 2-39w T5 actinic. You’ll need more than one MH bulb to get full coverage if you’re going with MH.

Metal Halide with 20K bulb, Radium or Ushio in my opinion.

T5 HO 4 or 6 bulb. I don't feel the benefits of overdriving is worth the extra price of the TEK. Any T5 HO should work. A 6 bulb tek will fit the tank like a hood (super wide) and you'll never get your hands in it. I personally have Catalina Aquarium T5 hoods. 72" 8 bulb, 48" 6 bulb, and 48" 4 bulb. I also have a nova extreme 24" T5 6 bulb.
