No clue wish i could get a better pic before he got flushed. Shrimp-like body long legs maybe a hermit without a shell but didnt see any empties around

My thoughts are that you might need to put some dry algae in your tank. I started my tank back in June and after the cycle i did the same thing you have done and added some CUC due to algae in the tank. The turbo snail died probably to latch of food,because the tank was to clean. Now I need them!!

Adorable, but SLOW DOWN just a touch n_n word of advice: when you think you're going slow enough, slow down even more.
