Are these return lines that are hanging into the water column?

How do you like it ? Is it easy to program?
The plank is great. It doesn't have a controller built in to it so You have to have either a controller or a couple of smart outlets to make it work. I use the hydros wifi strip to control mine.

The sump stand was made by framing tech. They have a bunch of aquarium stands available in several common sizes. I worked with Cam Cleveland to custom design the stand i went with. He was great. They sent every thing I needed to put it together my self in about 30 minutes. The white expanded pvc top of the stand i got from mrc.

Thank you brother! Are you in Jefferson GA? Love to come see the setup.

These are the two bulkheads on the bottom of the tank with the covers on
Very curious, any issues with the sand being blown around by the Panta Rhei Hydro tubes ? I know they can take some sand back and forth through them just wondering if you had any issues with that at all or if you went with a larger grain of sand ?

I was thinking might need some rubber around them to keep sand away

I am so glad I found this build! I just bought a used 375g same foot print as yours 96x30x30. Got it from Reef Builders. It was designed like @lbacha was talking about with 2 closed loops down the center line with Vectra L2 pumps. The tank came with the pumps but I am thinking about replacing in the same configuration that lbacha was talking about but I was thinking about a single 63.

I am pre-shopping and you picked most of the equipment I am looking at - So, I know I am a few years late to the show, but do you have any updat on the equipment -MRC/ Hydros - Any issues?

How did you glue the pvc to hydrotube? Any leaks?

The sump is 60x24x24 and sits on an extruded aluminum stand from framingtech. This stand also holds my protein skimmer, waste collector and my return pump.
Do you remember what type of extruded aluminum you used? Was it 30 series? 40 series?
