I have been working long days at work. An my ATO container ran out of water while I was at work.
So after putting water in the container I noticed that the controller had no power. Pulled the power cord out and put it back in. The controller still did not light up. Anything that I should reset? Will check the dc supply tomorrow.

It would likely be a dead power supply, usually the controller will light up in an error code if the controller is the problem. You could also try with the pump disconnected, if the pump was bad this could cause the controller to cycle on and off on newer ones or just shut down on older ones (pre 2012).
