Wow this is a very very nice tank!

How bad does your 3-part settle to the bottom? You're the first person I've seen to run stirrers on supplements.

I might have missed it, but what horsepower is your chiller?

Ever since I switched over to BRS, I have had no issues with sediment in any of my vessels. I do credit a lot of that to using hot water and the stirrers.

I use a 1/15 current chiller. It's undersized and overworked, but it was free so I can't complain. I'll probably upgrade before next summer.

Bump! Tank is doing well. Added a deeper, more coarse sand-bed to allow for higher flow without the sand flying around. Also added two Jebao WP-25 on top of the vortechs. Man these things move water.

You can see the new sand pretty well in this pic.

Tanks doing great! Phosphates are undetectable, growth is out of control, and color is popping! I have starting slowly adding KZ additives again the results are showing. Also just ordered another new skimmer. The KZ revolution S. It should be here mid Febuary. I am contemplating doing a Modification with a Waveline DC 4000 or Tunze 1073 DC pump as well!

Nice to hear that you are having good progress. Can you share a little detail on which KZ products are showing results? In the past I've used KZ Pohls Xtra and Coral Coral Vitaliser which seemed to work etc. Thanks.

Here are some tips i've picked up recently:

- Sponge Power and Vitalizer seem to do wonders for Polyp Extension.
- I recently started using Potassium Iodide by KZ and have noticed a night and day difference in my blues.
- I stopped using B-Balance and Xtra after noticing poor color.
- I use very small amounts of Zeospur weekly to keep colors light.
