For the past years my 56 Gallon 30L x 18W x 22H has been a fish only system, after losing some non reef safe fish to age I decided I want to have another reef. Which means I'll have to get better equipment (lighting, filteration ect;) but I'd also have to make a new scape for the tank. I really want this to be a SPS tank with to bigger showy pieces of SPS being a green and blue stag, possibly just one. This meaning I'd have to make my scape more low and open well still using a decent amount of rock, I also new I'd have to make many ledges over hangs and flat spots to accommodate the certain species of coral. So here's a scape I came up with today, I'm not one hundred percent sure I'm digging it, because in the past I like more of the minimalist look... Please give me some feed back on if I should keep it and change things up, and excuse the airstone and what not that will be changed soon! image.jpeg

I also decided to add some photos of reef tanks that I am inspired by, so if anyone has suggestions on how to change the scape to make my tank edventually look simalar would be great! Also feel free to post any additional pictures of other reefs and scrapes or even your personal reef/scape!

Thanks,RJ.

Thanks! I'm kind of liking the more and more I look at it... Think it will look better once I start adding some corals!

That's exactly what i was thinking. Couple of montiporas spreading out a table will give fish some shelter.
