~6-7 month old tank Algae ID

I'm struggling with this algae and I'm not sure what I can do to get rid of it. Its hard to scrape off the glass.

How long your lights stay on? What's levels of nitrates and phosphates ,do you have silicates in tank ? rodi water? Got a up sterilizer? A small tank get a green machine should help you with this but need more info on tank age ,levels light schedule

Got a green machine going, had an early diatom bloom which ended, using RODI water. Lights are 10 hr/day cycle, Chaeto in the back on a reverse light cycle. Phosphates are undetectable and nitrates are low based on dip test and api vial test less than 5.0 ppm

If you can help it, try not to bottom out the nutrients, the corals will suffer.

If it grows on the glass daily, it's probably just some type of film algae.
