6 bulb ati sunpower par readings

Does anyone have par readings on the 6 bulb sun power? I have a 4 ft 18 x18 I'm trying to find the right height to hang them for 300 par at the top 150 at the bottom any help would be great thanks

It’s about 600-800 at 12 in.
I’d start at 16-18.
I’d also not worry too much about it.
