6 line wrasse

I have a reef tank that has a small peacock wrasse in it thats been in there about 12 months i want to add 1 more fish (my last one) and was looking at a 6 line wrasse.do you think there will be trouble between them?

Sixlines can be a problem with other fish, particularly other wrasses. It may be ok for a little while, but eventually a sixline shows its true colors.

Even if its the last fish in the tank? It will bully other fish thats been in there for a while?

Quite likely, eventually. Almost guaranteed with new additions, as you note.
