Hi everyone, currently running a 36 gallon cube but just bought a 60 gallon breeder tank. Currently have a clown fish pair, firefish, watchman and pistol, cleaner shrimp, and clean up crew (6 crabs, 6 astrea, 4 nasarius, urchin, starfish. Looking for some fish I can add to my new tank, really like the look of tangs and butterfly fish. Ideas and tips for what to add and what not to add would be great.

IMO I wouldn’t do a tang in a 60g. They are on the smaller side for tangs.

Some dwarf angels would be fine in a tank that size, only issue is they can nibble at corals.

@i cant think can give you a good list of wrasses to put in there

I like Pajama Cardinals in a school of 5 or more. They are perfect dither fish that stay in the open which encourages shy fish to come out from hiding.

The only tang that would come to mind is a Tomini, I have one, great fish but it requires a minimum of a 70 g. A lot of great dwarf angels but some are coral nippers. My Eilbi is a model citizen and my son has a bicolor in his 55 g that also seems to be a model citizen, but it can be a roll of the dice. Good luck with whatever you choose.
