Looking for equipment recommendations for sump/refuge,skimmer, reactors- single/double,a.t.o., dosers, led lights-sump&tank etc. may do a.t.o.&doser later.depends on cost. Thanks for your help

That's a lot of questions. My recommendation would be to look at other reefers 60 gallon cubes and see what they have done. A good place to do that would be in the "Club Cube" forum. Here's one for example:
