60" TEK, 6 bulbs .. need help

I have a 60" 6 bulb TEK fixture. The 4 bulbs in the middle flickered and went out. I took the fixture apart & I don't see any signs of visible electrical issues.

Anyone experience this before? Do you guys think it might be a ballast issue? The fixture is one year old.

It sounds like a ballast issue... did you check your bulbs on the outter sockets to verify bulb still good?
