I have Tunze 6055 hub, that won’t do anything, just constant wave only.
The wave screen/diod not show wave.
I have try reset/factory reset. It can connect to WiFi and web, but nothing change.

Anyone have the same problem?

Can I get a screenshot of the settings on Tunze HUB and a photo of the controller settings on the controller? What happens in manual mode?

It will not update, I have try many times.
It just stop working today.

In manual mode does it do anything different? The firmware is very outdated, I know for a while the update was "broken" but it was fixed some weeks back, it could be that this has broken again. Longer term the HUB products will switch to the app so they are working on one last update that switches them to the app. I see you are in Denmark, have you tired to contact the main office in Germany? They would be the ones who can fix the server so it can do the updates.

In manual, still nothing.
I have email Tunze, so i hope they can’t fix it.
