6095's no longer working via Apex

Hello,

I have a couple 6095's (no controllers) that used to work great, then I noticed they stopped working.
With the usual re-sets and power cycling, no luck.
When I disconnect the Apex cable, the pumps run fine.

Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.
