60g predator or 35g cube seahorse as new build

So I have been given an opportunity to either do a pair of seahorses in a 35g rimless cube with macro and plastic chains to emulate the algae forests on the cost of CA or a 60g breeder with a snowflake or other small eels and a dwarf lion and I cannot choose between the two (was also wondering what recommendations you have for tank mates in the both of them)
