We have successfully shipped almost two thousand orders of corals. We can ship all times of the year.

Questions we receive from customers who have never ordered corals on-line.
1. We ship in 3/4" to 1 1/2" Styrofoam containers, depending on the weather at both our location and your location.
2. We use 40 hour heat packs or cold packs depending on weather (so, now we are using heat packs :)
3. When you get the corals, they should look great...when you acclimate following our instructions (click here to see).
4. We ship FedEx overnight. We hold shipments when weather is inclement and ship when FedEx says we are in the clear.
5. You can reach out to us if you have any questions (email is fastest).
6. We back our corals with a 14 day live arrive warranty.
7. The following steps are very important to successful adding new coral to you tank.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL CORALS - The 3 week 3 step process for coral placement
-Place all corals received on bottom of tank on sand bed for 1 week
-If moving to higher location, move up 1/3 of tank maximum for the next full week.
-If moving still higher, move up another 1/3 of the tank maximum for for the next full week
-And if still moving higher, move up to final location in after that.
-Failure to follow the above instructions can result in bleaching and coral death.
