Hi all, i have had a 25 gallon cube over a year and have upgraded to a 70 gallon 3 foot x 2 foot x 2 foot tank, currently my two clowns, two bangais, midas blenny and royal gramma make it look a little empty. I would like to get a larger fish that is completely reef safe. I am also thinking about wrasses so any suggestions would be great

I’m in the same boat having a 3’ tank. I do have a tomini tang in mine. It’s the smallest of the tangs and for most reefers the consensus is divided as to whether or not it’s OK in a 3’.

I also have a flame angel. I’ve had a number of them over the years and none have bothered my corals…. SO FAR!

As a side note, unless your Bangaiis are a mated pair, typically, you will be down to one in the future. They do not get along long term.

I have a 4feet 70G tank and my biggest fish are:

1- tomini
1- one spot foxface
1- yellow wrasse

The rest are small fish.
Ill say a yellow wrasse for your tank length is perfect! They add a beautiful yellow tone to your reef!.

Yes i bought the bangais as a pair and they get on great although no breeding yet, i am also thinking about a tomini as I think it will add great movement. I guess if it gets too big i can always use a trap to move them on
