Hello all! Thanks for stopping by! ^_^

Let's start this off by letting everyone know that this will be a lengthy process, but I figured I would get a jump on my build thread!

We purchased a secondhand 72g bowfront tank with nothing but the tank and stand, so we are starting from the ground up. Luckily it's already drilled, so that saved us some headache and precision. The stand was custom stained and finished, so that saves us a little work there, too!

I recently made a bundle purchase for a sump, skimmer, return pump, and powerhead. Those pieces are as follows:
-Coralife Super Skimmer 65g with upgraded Rio 1100 ( 382 gph instead of 300 gph) [took me loads of research to figure out what it was because the guy I bought it from also purchased it from someone else]
-Return pump is an EcoPlus Adjustable Pump 793 GPH
-Hydor Koralia Evo Pump - 1500

I met an awesome local kid who traded me some coral for a black box.
-Wills Newest 165w LED Dimmable

I've managed to catch Petco's dollar per gallon sale and got my hands on a 20g long to set up as my sump. Gonna be a fun adventure building that!

That's all I have for now, but will certainly update as things progress!
