74G reef cube

We moved into our home 2 years ago. I started a 220G reef but it quickly became a tang and angel FOWL instead. I wanted to add a separate aquarium for corals and came across a deal on this cube.

This was my first attempt at building a stand and actually anything out of wood which needed to support weight.

Tank and stand both look great! I like the aquascape - lots of surface area for coral placement. What lights are you running?

Thank you! I was happy it held the weight but I still need to learn how to add trim.

I plan to keep mainly SPS and the aquascape was very tricky with the cube shape, height, and 2 main viewing angles. Luckily a buddy recommended some JB weld marine epoxy which allowed me to be more creative.

I usually go with MH but for this build I opted for an AquaticLife T5 hybrid and Radion XR15. I have yet to test PAR, but I can add another LED or retrofit an MH.
