Im new to r2r forum's. The corals and rocks are from my 6 year old 55 gal tank, had to move last January. I decided to upgrade to a 75 gal tank and black sand. There is a refugium/skimmer that hangs of the rear of the glass 75 gal tank. I also run a chiller and a canister filter.
This is what my tank use to look like 4 years ago before i had to move 4 times. I only have on more big move to do, from California to Oregon. There my tank can really develop because ill be at the HQ of my work.
I use to have a 6 inch deep sand bed of white argonite sand and i never really had to dose any calcium or alk buffer, it was vary self-efficient. That is until i changed the sand bed to black sand from my last move, now my auto buffering is lacking. When i move to Oregon back to white sand i will with.

Thank you vary much evan.lundberg4, i chose easy coral to maintain. It may not be as colorful as some tanks but at least i got a natural look going on.
