Day 1 of our New drilled 75 gal reef tank. found it’s location, pluming is setup, most importantly it level.

very nice how did you decide to do the over flow. If I know that tank correctly it has a 3/4 inch and 1 inch hole in the bottom of that overflow. I see you did returns over the top. So a couple herbie style?

I bought the tank as it currently sits. The over flow has the main drain and the emergency drain then the over the back return. I wish the return was drilled as well but I’m still happy with the design.

My AI 16 HD’s showed up today. Man these baby’s are AWSOME. I’m probably going to buy 1 more for the 75g. Gunna need to buy one for my nano. My return pump was supposed to come today...... IT DIDNT!!!!!

How did you secure your return like that? I've been thinking of doing the same thing with my 75 but havent figured out how to secure it

The return ends are a dual flex tube that help hold it in place. Then I have a piece of foam about mid way down the back with sitting between the bulk head and glass then a flexible metal strap not to tight so I need to take my pipe off. I haven’t had any issues with this setup.
