My dream has finally come true and I’m getting a 75 gallon Marineland tank I want to put a yellow tang for sure but does anyone have suggestions for what I should add? I’m also adding my current pair of clownfish a jaw fish and a couple Zoanthids

If you are going to put a yellow tang in a 75, make sure to build your tank completely around this fish :) Build you rockscape for the tang and only add smaller non-territorial fish to the system.

Pair of clowns (might be a bit territorial but definitely possible) and a goby are a good choice. If you want to add some color I would say you can get away with one additional smaller wrasse. (One of the fairy’s or a leopard once your tank is mature)

Should I add the tang and then the rock is that what you mean by build around

Also do you have a suggestion for lighting I’m using ai right now for a 15 gallon but I don’t know how much I would want to spend on lighting

No, research on what a yellow tang likes when it comes to swimming space, hiding spots and lots of space to graze. Once you have build a rockscape that meets all these criteria, start cycling your tank without fish.
