14 yrs of having that comfort and relationship built over time. What started as stumbling into your shop created a 14yr relationship. Admired how you cared about giving your guests what was “right” for their aquariums, it wasn’t about you making $$ on some idiot walking in the door. The entertainement provided when you’d tell someone flat out their nutty and while direct would just tell them to go somewhere else but you wouldn’t partake in selling to them. A simple trip to “get water” turned into a 1-2 hr visit, and a “hey, this is some good food, you need to have some”. While not the most timely you always made sure everything was 100% right.

one of the most important things you would tell those who entered your shop,

i’m here and my information is 100% free.

You will missed, going back to square one, unknown, The heck with Covid, but the impact you’ve made you never know, you were support whether you realized it or not...

no chance to say goodbye, closure you wouldn’t think you’d need for someone who randomly was in and out of your life, anyone in your life makes an impact, goodbye friend, this isn’t the end...a plan...just need to understand why
