I have a few reef tanks, but I never got any pictures from the beginning... so I actually got some pics of my new tank as it is being built.
I will be transferring a lot of my livestock from my 125 that I will be taking down.

So far the tank is:
80 gallon with starfire glass on 3 sides with a Glass-Holes 1500 gph Overflow Box
100 gallon rubbermaid tub with baffles for the sump that will be packed with live rock and cheato
Vertex Alpha 200 Cone Skimmer

The main tank will be in my living room and the sump will be in my garage

Things I still need:
Lights... Might go with 2 x AI Vega Color and new controller
Water Flow... Tunze with 7096 Controller

Here are some pics of the tank being put together with my friend Ritchie, a basic idea of what the stand will look like and the begginning of it being made, my stand for the sump, etc...

I came up with the basic idea of the stand and model for it, but a friend of mine made it.

Hey man that canopy looks SICK!!
I really like the look of it and how it isnt a standard cube canopy but instead has some nice angels to it, good job man and I cant wait to see it up and running and packed full of corals

I guess I have been a little lazy with updating this. ha ha
Here are a few progression shots over the last few years from filling the tank with water until now.
Of course they are horrible pics from my cell phone.

Thanks everyone.
Here is a 100% terrible pic of the canopy. Impossible to get the tank with the correct exposure and the stand/canopy to look correct with an iPhone.

I'll get a better pic with the tank lights off.
I should probably move my sons toys too. Ha ha
