A very close friend of my family was in the Pentagon. All he remembers was a loud noise and waking up in the hospital a day later. He was head in the head by a couple bricks. Received some stitches and a concussion from it. He was on active duty. Once he figured out what had happen, while still in the hospital, he asked when he could be deployed to "Find the ******* who did this and kill him". He was one of the lucky ones who made it through that day and is still with us today. He has been over there 3 times now.
