I’m no water change also but my tank consumes alk daily. If your not consuming alk and calcium then coral growth is stunted or non existent. Your tank looks good but whose to say it can’t look better
No water change is absolutely possible but you need to replenish and replace what’s consumed, and handle things like nitrates and phosphate.
There’s a learning curve to no water change, it’s not something you just stop doing and everything thrives. You have to compensate in other ways or you might end up in a gradual state of decline as trace run out one by one
