Hi can this skimmer be used with a little ozone

It is possible but not simple. For one the very small size of the skimmer will limit the reaction so it won't be terribly efficient. You would need to have the older version of the silencer, a small airpump (50l/hr) and a T. The air pump would pump to the T right before the ozonizer, this will let excess pressure bleed off and not pressurize the skimmer, generally it would be preferred to have the T after the ozonizer but venting ozone into the air directly is not the best idea, you would need to play with this and put a carbon filter on the vent if the T goes after the ozonizer The air hose would then connect to the old style silencer.

Yeah I have the old style but wouldn't the ventral force be enough to suck in the ozone. without a t

On a small needlewheel pump the suction is minimal and the added restriction will greatly reduce the ariflow and impede the performance.
