Hello, please tell me how to change the 9004 dc to 24v. I should connect this pin position in the control box so that it is 24v? thank you all.

The back of the 7090 box is written 8-24v input. Is it possible to use it by directly connecting to a 24v power supply? The power supply is usually 24v-27v, can it be directly connected?

A 9004 DC pump is 12V only, it will be destroyed by 24V. There is no such setting, the controller can run other DC motors and that is what the voltage is in reference to. For example the 9410.044 and 9430.044 use the same controller and are 24V. That connector is a data connection for programming the board and not a jumper.

rvitko thank you for letting me know
Should 3181.000 and 6040 be connected to 24v?
3155 and 7000 and 9004dc can only be 12v?

3155, 7000, 3152, 9001 DC, 9004 DC and 6040 are 12V only. 3181 and all of the larger streams can be either. 9012 DC is also 24V.

This is just a generic badge used on all our pumps that are DC, each specific pump the maximum voltage is given in the manual.

I bought 6040/9004 because it can be packaged 12v / 24v. TUNZE 10 Years Inside Is There a Serious Problem? Is it a low-grade error, is it a special number that is not a package character?

If you give these pumps 24V they will be destroyed and it will not be warranty. This is explained on pages 20-21 of the 6040 manual, "The maximum DC voltage is 14V, (switch off limit) and if 24V is exceeded the electronics will be destroyed" We use the icon you show only to indicate the product is a low voltage DC product, but when a product is 12V such as 6040, 9001 DC, 9004DC, it is 12V and will shut off as a safety if over 14V is delivered and be destroyed permanently by 24V.

I don't think you really understand that you have not reached the manufacturer, I am US technical support, I have given you an honest and correct answer. This is honestly rediculous, you got a correct power supply with the product, if you ahve a facility with 24V DC power, there are 24V to 12V step down regulators. I will not reply further to any questions.
